Let’s talk!

Hello! I’m Julia.

I’m a corporate communications strategist and anti-scam reporter who believes that the strongest communications are built on evidence, not assumptions.

In my professional background, I worked as Internal Communications AVP at BNP Paribas where I managed bank-wide communications campaigns for HR, Compliance, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Risk and ran a weekly flagship newsletter doubling readership open rates year-over-year. I worked at Apple for over 7 years, including a Career Experience role as a copy editor with the AppleCare Service Content & Training Team. Previously, I was a copy editor and proof reader for Council on Foreign Relations and assisted in editing advertorials for Foreign Affairs magazine.

In my current work as editor of Library of Cons, I have featured new content in partnership with the following businesses and organizations: F-Secure, GASA (Global Anti-Scam Alliance), Give an Hour & Silver Shield, GASO (GlobalAntiScam.org), I am not a typo collective, Identity Theft Resource Center, Malwarebytes, and Stop Scams Alliance & Gallup. These partnerships reflect editorial collaborations on content for Library of Cons only; I do not represent these organizations.

My work sits at the intersection of research, editorial strategy, and public trust. I help organizations in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, financial crime, AI, and other regulated industries translate complex topics into communications that employees, customers, executives, and journalists can understand. I will be at Global Anti-Scam Summit America 2026 in San Francisco.

Whether I’m analyzing an industry report, interviewing experts, building an anti-scam glossary, or developing a thought leadership strategy, I’m always asking the same question:

How do we make complicated ideas easier to trust?
